They guided me step by step in the process — not only did they educate me, but they made me feel I did not have to worry. Their portal made document delivery easy. I knew what was needed from me and when.

Look — if you're not ready for a $2,500+ Tax Analysis but you suspect your preparer's leaving money on the table, the Tax Review is the cheaper way to find out. One year. One look. A real list of what we'd do differently — plain English, no jargon. Just so you know, we're a different shape: boutique San Antonio firm, partner-led, every conversation with a senior advisor. Free advice — if the Review shows nothing worth fixing, we tell you that too.

Smaller than the Tax Analysis. Same honest work. Same private portal. Everything you walk away with lands in your Basecamp portal, yours to keep.
$1,000 today. 100% credits to a Tax Analysis if you upgrade within 60 days.
If the Review surfaces enough opportunity that you decide to go deeper, the $1,000 you already paid comes straight off the Tax Analysis fee. You only ever pay the upgrade gap.
Book the 15-min Discovery →Most Review prospects upgrade. The math usually makes it obvious.
Roughly half of Tax Review clients move into a Tax Analysis tier within 60 days. Because once you see the missed opportunity ranked by dollar, the upgrade gap pays for itself fast. We don't push it on the call — we let the numbers do it.
Your $1,000 credits 100% to Standard ($2,500), Comprehensive ($5,000), or Strategic ($10,000) within the 60-day window.
If the Review surfaces less than $1,000 of opportunity, we refund the difference.
Most Reviews surface $3K–$10K of opportunity. If yours comes in below the fee on a 1× basis, you don't pay full price. We refund the difference within 7 days of delivery. You still keep the written review and the transcript pull.
The Tax Review Promise
5 business days from intake to delivery. Miss it, $200 comes off automatically.
Break-even minimum. If we model less than $1,000 of actionable opportunity, the gap refunds in 7 days.
Honest tier-fit. If we open your file and realize you needed Tax Analysis, we say so. You can roll the $1,000 straight into a tier upgrade with no penalty.

Three reviews from clients who came in via Tax Review or a lighter scope — first-time filers, crypto-curious, prior-year retrospectives.
Extremely competent accountant and tax strategist, combined with excellent work ethic. You just don't get service like this anymore. Very knowledgeable, can-do attitude, treats you like family. Saved us an unbelievable amount of money — so worth every penny.
Hands down the best decision I made in crypto was agreeing to meet with Joel at Elevated Tax Strategies. That is saying something as I have been fortunate to experience success in DeFi. You will not regret using his full spectrum of services.
Stuff prospects actually ask. Direct answers.
Why does the Review cost $1,000 if it's just one year?
Because the work is real. We pull your IRS transcript, read your return line by line, model what we'd have done differently, and sit with you for 30 minutes to walk every recommendation. The fee credits 100% to the Tax Analysis if you upgrade in 60 days. If you don't, you keep the written review forever.
Should I do the Tax Review or the Tax Analysis?
Tax Review if your situation is simple and you want a smaller first look. Tax Analysis if you have multiple entities, multi-state, rentals, syndications, or a recent exit. We tell you which one fits on the 15-minute Discovery call before you pay. If you book the Review and we open your file and see it's a Tax Analysis case, we say so — you can roll the $1,000 right into the upgrade.
What happens after the 30-minute delivery call?
You get the written review in your Basecamp portal, ranked by dollar. You decide what to do with it. Take it to your current preparer. Implement it yourself. Or upgrade to the Tax Analysis if the modeled opportunity warrants it. No follow-up calls trying to close you on more — read the review on your time, reply when you're ready.
Can I do this if my prior preparer is still my preparer?
Yes. Completely fine. We don't need you to fire anyone. We review the year, give you the list, and you take it where you want. If your current preparer was already raising the items on our list with you, you don't need us — and we'll say so directly.
What if I have an IRS notice?
Bring it. The Review includes reading the notice with you on the delivery call and ranking the response options. If the notice work is bigger than the Review can absorb, we surface it on the Discovery call and quote it before any work begins.
Is the Review available for businesses too?
Yes — for a single-entity business with a clean Sch C or single-member LLC scope. If you have a multi-entity structure, an S-corp with payroll, or multi-state filings, the Review is too small and we'll route you to the Tax Analysis tier that fits.
One 15-minute call. We confirm Review or Analysis together.
The Discovery call is where we match your situation to either Review or one of the three Analysis tiers. No payment until we agree on the fit. If we get it wrong, no penalty to switch.
